Fire up your mind, body, and soul

Namaste and welcome

The word "Yoga" literally means "union" — or that which brings you to reality. Yoga, like life, is very much an individual journey. One that is different for everyone. Some people do yoga to increase their flexibility. Others to reduce their stress levels. Some do it to be a part of a social group or community. Whatever the reason, we’re here to help energize your body, fire up your mind, and ignite your soul.

Hot Body Yoga is a family-owned, family-run yoga practice that embraces and celebrates all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. And like you, each one of us is at a different place in our yoga journey. There is no judgement, only joy in wonderful things that yoga can bring into your life.

New to yoga?

And wondering if it’s right for you? We get it. It’s normal to think you have to be flexible, strong, or experienced to try yoga. But this couldn’t be farther from the truth. It’s called a yoga “practice” not a yoga “perfect” for a reason. We’ve all had ups and downs in our own practice. Trials and tribulations. But the benefits far outweigh the speed bumps. And each one of us started in our own way and we’ve grown in our individual practices on our own time. With each class, we promise that you’ll get more comfortable and see the benefits that yoga can bring into your life! The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
