Ignyte Yoga is a family-owned, family-run yoga practice that embraces and celebrates all skill levels - from beginner to advanced. And like you, each one of us is at a different place in our yoga journey. There is no judgment, only joy in the wonderful things that yoga can bring into your life.
Ignyte Yoga is one of the original infrared hot yoga studios in Frisco. We offer flow classes, power yoga, and weight-cardio fusion classes for all levels!
We’re conveniently located in the heart of Frisco, Texas at the corner of Dallas Parkway and El Dorado. Come join us on the mat. We look forward to having you.
A MESsAGE FROM OUR OWNER
Hello. My name is Christie and I’m one of the owners at Ignyte Yoga. Along with my brother, Jeff, and his wife, Dana, we’ve set out to create a one-of-a-kind studio that embraces yogis of all levels. Beginner, intermediate, or advanced, Ignyte Yoga is a safe place where everyone is welcome to enjoy your time on the mat.
Yoga has been an integral part of my life for over a decade. The word "Yoga" literally means "union" – but at the studio, we like to think of it in terms of “community.” One that’s built upon love, support, empathy, acceptance, and friendship.
Anyone can start practicing yoga at any time in life. Regardless of age, weight, fitness level, or experience – wherever you are, yoga will meet you there. And we’ll be there to support you along your journey. Yoga is really “your yoga.” Done your way.
For me, I practice yoga to fire up my mind, body, and soul.
