To maintain harmony in our studio, we have a few things we’d like for you to always keep in mind.

STUDIO PROCEDURES

Please arrive 15 minutes early and plan to stay for the duration of the class. All classes are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise specified in the course descriptions. Please wear comfortable athletic wear and bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and any yoga props you may have such as blocks, straps, etc. We’ll provide kettlebells and dumbbells for the high-impact classes.


If you forget something, we have yoga mats, blocks, water bottles, and apparel available in our studio.


A few other tips to consider:

  • Allow for enough time for your body to adapt to the heat. Arriving early will give you an opportunity to adjust to the temperature.

  • Dress lightly. Women may want to consider a tank top and light yoga pants or shorts; men may want to plan to wear a fitted t-shirt and shorts. Dress for comfort and to minimize the heat heavy clothing will trap to your body.

  • Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your yoga session.

  • Avoid a full stomach so try not to eat in the hour before class. But also don’t come with an empty stomach.

  • Pay attention to your body. Rest if you need to and stay alert to the signs that you may have reached your level of heat tolerance.


RESERVATIONS

Space is limited so please reserve your spot in advance! But please be mindful and think of the rest of your Ignyte family. If you can’t make a class, please keep in mind that there is a 12-hour cancellation policy to give someone else an opportunity to take advantage of your spot. Otherwise, we’ll charge a no-show fee of $15 to the card on file.
